Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Develop, implement and maintain databases
  • Learn new platforms
  • Prepare reports

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge and solid experience of MS Excel
  • Other scripting skills would be considered as an advantage
  • Detail oriented and strive for perfection
  • Must work well in a busy environment
  • Confident communication skills.
  • Excellent command over English grammar & punctuation is a must
  • Experience in the e-commerce field would be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Customer Service Representative

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Provide information about products and services
  • Respond to customers’ needs and concerns
  • Handle returns and complaints
  • Record, update details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Research answers or solutions as needed
  • Refer customers to supervisors, managers when needed

  • Experience troubleshooting basic network issues
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision

  • Existing experience providing technical support to E-commerce sellers
  • College/University degree in a Mathematics or Business Process related field
  • Good familiarity with Microsoft Excel

You will be supporting clients in the US so your hours of work will reflect their holidays and business hours.
When fully trained this will be 4.pm to 1.am in the morning. Training will be provided during the same hours in our office in Varna.

Technical Support Administrator with English (Night shift)

  • Ability and desire to provide excellent service to internal and external customers
  • Excellent written grammar and spelling skills in English for both e-mail and online interactive chat
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of automotive industry will be considered as a plus
